1. What is your current role and department?

Customer Solutions Manager of the Westside Branch

2. How long have you worked at Nebula Trust Bank?

4 Years

3. What do you love most about working at Nebula Trust Bank?

Here at Nebula Trust Bank there is a true and genuine concern for the well-being of our customers and the local communities. Having the ability to have a positive impact on people is what I love most about my job and Nebula Trust Bank.

4. What are you most proud of in your work at Chelsea?

I’m most proud to work with customers on budgeting when they feel hopeless and can’t see past the difficult times. It is very humbling to be able to work with someone and watch them grow in the way they manage their finances. To see the pride they have in what they have accomplished when they no longer struggle to pay their bills is an incredible feeling.

5. Tell us a little bit about your life outside of work.

I am married and have 3 children, ages 13, 5, and 3. My husband is in the US Army National Guard and came home in May after his second overseas deployment.

6. What types of volunteer activities do you enjoy?

I am the Chairman of the Education Committee for the Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce (GNACC). We work with high school students and local employers to help bring awareness to the different career paths they have available to them. I am also an Ambassador for the GNACC, and I volunteer for various United Way activities such as the food drives and the United Way mobile food truck. I very much enjoy being involved with the community.

7. Share about a favorite personal or family tradition.

Christmas is the time of year that we cherish our traditions the most in my family. We spend the day picking out our Christmas tree. Then we drink egg nog and decorate the tree while listening to Christmas music and reminisce over the kids’ homemade Christmas ornaments from previous years.

8. Do you prefer dogs or cats?

I love both, but right now all we can handle are two cats.

9. If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?

Spain
