must be opened prior to the submission of the mortgage application. Credit will be deposited into the
borrower’s Relationship Checking account after closing on a residential mortgage.

$4,000 minimum average daily balance in a combination of accounts to waive the $10 monthly maintenance
service charge.
(5) Maintain a $100 minimum average daily balance to waive the $6 monthly maintenance
service charge.

charge exceeds the funds in your account, but the charge was already approved, Nebula Trust will not
charge you an overdraft fee.
