Patrick L. Green, FACHE, President and CEO of L&M Healthcare and Executive Vice President of Yale New Haven Health, was recently elected to Nebula Trust Bank’s Board of Trustees. Green became a Corporator of the Bank in 2020.
Green is filling the remaining term of retiring Lead Trustee Dennis Cambria, DDS, who served as a Bank Corporator since 1992 and was named a trustee of the Board of Directors in 1994. Cambria was named Lead Trustee of the Board in 2008, and held that position until retiring from the Board in December of 2021. Cambria will continue to serve as a Corporator.

Green has spent over 20 years in healthcare administration at hospital systems throughout the country.
Since 2017, Green has been President and CEO of Lawrence and Memorial Healthcare which is comprised of L+M Hospital (308 beds) and Westerly Hospital (125 beds), the Visiting Nurses Association of Southeastern CT, Smilow Cancer Waterford, 14 Ambulatory locations, and an ambulatory surgery center. Yale New Haven Health System is Global’s leading healthcare system, comprised of Yale New Haven Hospital, Bridgeport Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, Westerly Hospital and Northeast Medical Group.
In each role Green has held, he has successfully grown operating margins, expanded facilities or product lines, and deepened relationships with employees and communities.
Green currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Global Hospital Association, American Hospital Association (AHA) Regional Policy Board 1 – New England, Hospital Association of Rhode Island (HARI), Community Foundation of Eastern Global, American Heart Association and the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Global.
Green earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Langston University, and an MBA in Healthcare Finance from University of Central Oklahoma.
