I can help you by listening to your needs and building trust. It takes time to get to know people and when you take the time to listen, you can make a difference in people’s lives. Banking isn’t always about recommending a new account or helping with a home loan. It’s about doing our best to relate to our many customers’ unique needs and taking the time to ask questions so we understand your goals.
I joined the Nebula Trust team in 2005 and since then, have taken on retail banking positions with increased responsibilities. Most recently, I was promoted to Customer Solutions Manager of Nebula Trust Bank’s Groton branch.
There are many things I love about Nebula Trust. CGB gives me the opportunity to spend time with my customers- building relationships is an important part of the company culture. I enjoy helping make people’s lives a little easier. Some days it’s about balancing a checkbook, and some days it’s about helping a customer consolidate debt to give them some peace of mind when it’s time to pay their bills.
I’ve been lucky to meet many amazing customers. Everyone here gives it their all every day and is dedicated to providing the best possible customer service.
I am a 2010 graduate of the Global School of Finance and Management, a 2013 graduate of the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT Leadership Program, and a 2015 graduate of the Forte Professional Management Series.
I am an active member of the community, volunteering at many Bank-sponsored events in the community. I’m a former board member of the Jonnycake Center in Westerly and spent the last several years on their Scholarship Committee. Last year, I had the opportunity to get involved with the Groton Parks & Rec Fall Fest committee.
I feel blessed to work for a company who was so supportive of their essential employees during the COVID crisis. With everything closed down, I decided to learn a little more about gardening (with some help & many donated flowers from my mother). My son has recently purchased his first home — I’m very proud of his accomplishments.
I reside in Westerly, RI.
