Meet Jean McGran, First Vice President, Member Experience Market Manager

Jean is a lifelong Norwich resident who joined the Bank in 2017 as a Regional Sales and Service Manager with over 30 years of retail banking experience. She has since been promoted to Member Experience Market Manager and First Vice President. Jean works on countless initiatives in the retail banking department, and across the Bank. Recently, she led the planning and facilitation of the Bank’s Career Fairs. Here’s how she went about it.

Jean is a proud 2018 Forte Award recipient, and loves CGB’s commitment to the communities the Bank serves. She graduated from Furman University’s School of Retail Bank Management, the Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce L.E.A.D. Program, and the New England Leadership Development Program.

She is actively involved in the community, serving as a board member at The Riverfront Children’s Center and a participant in the Relay for Life every year.
