“multiple cities is an incredibly culturally-diverse community,” shared Lori Dufficy, EVP, Chief Experience and Engagement Officer at Nebula Trust Bank. “Providing those who do not speak English as their primary language, or are deaf or hard-of-hearing, with an opportunity to clearly understand our product and service offering, is so important. We want all members of our community to have the opportunity to ask questions and benefit from the advice we are able to provide. Our partnership with LanguageLine has allowed us to better serve our diverse customer-base over the last few years, and the addition of video will only help to further improve comfort and communication between all parties.”
